YOGA Day Celebration


“yoga day” is celebrated in KRS on 21st June Tuesday. Student shared their views on “how yoga had become a popular form of physical activity?”- in Hindi and English. They performed the different Asanas by following the instructions.

          Later all the students participated the programme and had done the varieties of Asanas . The yoga madam explained the step of all the Asanas and instructed the important values of them.

          Yoga is the fountains of youth. It brings the knowledge, Passion and action together.Students got an innovative experience for their improvement through Yoga.

Green Day and Environment Day Celebration


Green day and World Environment day was celebrated with great enthusiasm in our esteemed institution on held on 10 June 2022,  that sets a goal of being unique, lively and responsible among the developing generations.

The students’ performance starts with special assembly with the  tiny tots of KG, sung the  green day rhymes and introduced the green objects  with their babble language. The class room were decorated with green colour objects. All the student participants and teachers came dressed up in different shades of green colour to show the value of fresh, natural, non-corrupted flow of oxygen. Few Nursery students dressed up as alive models of green objects such as grapes, capsicum and tree, recited  rhymes. Many activities and games pertaining to green color were organized for the kids. Children brought green snacks and eatables and they share with their friends happily. The day ended with the thought of  green color which yields non stop energy with great experience.

Freshers’ Welcome Day Celebrated on 15.06.2022

Freshers’ Welcome Day



The fresher’s from grade KG ,Grade 1 to 11  are invited by our prevailing students to our precious land of knowledge – KRS. The programme starts with the  welcome address and continues by the beautiful doll’s colourful dance performance. The new students from  KG, Grade 1 to 9,  11 grades are invited by their respective classmates with sweets and bouquet. The freshers received the greetings and extended their gratitude in return. The programme ended with new hopes and happiness.





                                                    Our Krishnamal Ramasubbaiyer SchoolStudent Guidance Committee conducted a student development program titled “ student motivation “ on 24th March (Thursday), 2021 in TVR Hall.

Resource Person : Miss. Nandhini  MBBS

Our Principal  Mrs.M.Surya Prabha started the session by honouring the resource person and gave motivational speech to our students and also  how to be a good team player.

Our alumini Miss.S. Nandhini who is pursuing her MBBS in Theni, Medical College shared her past school days memories and beneficial ideas to crack NEET exam. She also discussed the importance of positive thinking and attitude which brings optimism into life. The program focused on making the students to build their ‘self-esteem’ and determination.




Students got inspired and motivated for their successful carrier and future life.




National Mathematics Day was observed on 22nd  December 2021 in our Krishnamal Ramasubbaiyer School  – CBSE to commemorate the birth anniversary of great mathematician Srinivasa  Iyengar Ramanujan.

On the occasion, several competitions were organized by department of Maths to induce the analytical and logical skills of the children.  Students of Grades  IV to XI  participated and each class presented and explained the models made by them on different topics. Budding mathematicians of KRS participated with great zeal and enthusiasm.


Our respected Principal Mrs.M.Suryaprabha graced the occasion and gave a speech about the life history of Srinivasa Iyengar Ramanujan and importance of mathematics in our daily life.

It was an indeed exhibition which gave them exposure and confidence to present their thoughts in Mathematics.


Today’s  generation are adhering the improper food  habits without knowing its consequences.

In order to give awareness about the right nutrition and diet for the body National Nutrition week is

observed every year.

                                   2021 Theme‘ Feeding smart right from start’

         National Nutrition Week is observed in our  Krishnamal Ramasubbaiyer School – CBSE

On 1st September – 7th September 2021 . The main objective for the observation  Of  National

Nutrition Week is to :

  • create awareness among children on the importance and role of right nutrition and diet for the body.
  • reduce malnutrition
  • process the intake of food for growth, metabolism and repair.

The day was celebrated with enthusiasm, wherein various activities were designed for the students by our Science department. The students actively participated in making posters, gave a speech  about Junk foods and nutritious food  and we had a debate on  the topic of junk food consequences and nutritious foods benefit . Our honourable  Principal Mrs.M.Surya Prabha chaired the debate   and suggested to have a nutritious food and mineral containing foods such as fruits, vegetables , spinach etc. to avoid malnutrition diseases and to have a healthy and prosperous life.

Our teachers elucidated the importance of nutrition for the human body and necessary steps were discussed to take adequate measures to overcome malnourishment.

The session concluded with the impact in children’s  mind  that improper food habit leads to obesity, depression, digestive issue and diabetes.

The day’s objective was successfully accomplished and students understood the benefits of healthy food to lead a healthy and prosperous life.


International – Ozone day

An umbrella protects us from rain, Ozone layer protects the earth from the sun. Life couldn’t exist without the “ Ozone Layer “ . Montreal Protocol – Keeping us, our food and vaccines cool with this as motto, our school Krishnamal Ramasubbaiyer – CBSE celebrated International Ozone Day on 16th September 2021 .

The main objective of observing this day was to spread awareness about Ozone depletion which is a major environmental problem.

Our teachers elucidated the significance of the Ozone depletion by presenting ppt. Our teachers also explained with what the Ozone layer is made up of ,  how it is damaged, due to that what are all the effects will be faced by our earth and preventive measures to control Ozone depletion.

Our students also presented ppt . The student’s took oath on the day to protect Ozone layer with this the session concluded.


Festivals build group cohesiveness. Festivals break the monotony of routine and give us a chance to re-energize our body, mind and spirit. Of all the festivals Ganesh Chaturthi is the most colourful and the day is marked as the birthday of Lord Ganesh.

Ganesh Chaturthi , was celebrated  in Krishnamal Ramasubbaiyer School – CBSE  on September 9, 2021, with great spiritual and gaiety  by our students through virtual mode.   The sole purpose of the celebration was to let the students stay rooted with Indian culture and to enable them to understand the significance of this festival.

The session started with an enthralling bhajans of Lord Vinayak by our students.

Ganesh Chaturthi festivities included various activities such as making Ganesha with  paper cup, vegetables, pencil wastes  and making  Singhasan , clay model of Lord Vinayak, drawings of Lord Vinayak .

The Session ended with great joy, happiness and devotion towards Lord Ganesha.


The 8th incarnation of Lord Vishnu – Krishna Janmashtami, was celebrated in Krishnamal Ramasubbaiyer School – CBSE  on August 30, 2021, with great devotion, divine and with full fervor by our students through virtual mode.

The programme commenced with an enthralling bhajan presentation by our students. As a part of the celebration, various activities like sloka recitation, Krishnashtakam, making of flute, jhula, mukut were conducted.

Students  participated enthusiastically and exhibited their talents.

Our tiny tots  of Kg – Grade II donned themselves in the attire of Lord Krishna and Radha, frolicking around with flutes, peacock feathers and matkas.

A colourful dance performance by students Grade – 1 to 5 who were dressed up as Krishna and Gopikas added to the delight.

The virtual  celebration was indeed truly enlightening , entertaining and the teachers inculcated the values from the divine life of Lord Krishna.
